How can I transcode an IMA4 ADPCM audio file recorded on the iPhone? -

For bandwidth reasons, I would like to use Apple's implementation of IMA 4 format for recording on iPhone. This format is great for space But it seems that it is difficult to find a program that can transcode it to something like linear PCM or MP3.
