How might I display a "legal drinking age" alert for a website? -

I have a website where you are 21 or older to purchase liquor from this site. How do I tell the "Warning" above and click through the purchase pages to prove that you are 21 years old or older? I think that Randolph's suggestion is a little bit annoying, I think you're next to the 'buy' button. Let's put the text in 'By shopping, you believe that you are 21 years old or older.'

I also like that Google makes some buttons that say, 'you agree with the terms and conditions' button. It is much easier than the checkbox. Note: Only years have realized that it has been doing this for many years. Lol.

But in all honesty, it is the least intrusive way to do this without hiding it on the footer, either put a button next to the button, or a note next to the button. There are absolutely no extra steps in this way.
