delphi - How do you turn on the microphone? -

To turn on the microphone and open any type of live stream to hear what's happening on my PC How about the second place to go? This is going to be a baby monitor project.

Any ideas about how I should do this? After the code to work I really am. I can relax, I'm learning Delphi, so I should be fine.

I have to stop Mike too. At this stage I do not want to talk back, just listen in real time or near as I can get.

Wow, everyone stays on recommending an external package for it, it's built in Windows - Wave In-Open / Wide Inappropriate Header / Wavebuffer Read API should work on all versions of Windows.

If you need better control then you can still use DirectSoundCapture.
