delphi - How do you turn on the microphone? -

To turn on the microphone and open any type of live stream to hear what's happening on my PC How about the second place to go? This is going to be a baby monitor project.

Any ideas about how I should do this? After the code to work I really am. I can relax, I'm learning Delphi, so I should be fine.
