Firefox - all form buttons blank -

Debug an extension, which I was creating, all the Forms buttons have been blank on one page. How to solve any idea?

I've cleared my cache and everything. I also tried to disable all addons and plugins but it is of no avail.

Have you tried to restore Firefox?
