Jquery Jqgrid + Asp.Net don't work too easily? -

I am struggling with this JQgrid to work with Asp.Net.

I found Asp.net samples online ... but if I am modifying them according to my database then it is a flop.

Do I need to convert datatel into JSON functions too?

Out of my search, I found that these 2 articles make me very close ...

But if I use my own data table If you try a sample project then it just does not work.

For ASP.NET we have ASP: Gridview Control Server-side components with similar programming experience / APIs have been created. Note that the server side component is not free though.
