asp.net - programatically remove all html and inline formatting -

I have taken a code base and I need to read these HTML files which were genreated by Microsoft Word, I think It has all kinds of weird inline formatting.

To parse all bad inline formatting there is the same way to get text from this stream. I basically want to program a researcher so I can use some sensible CSS

- This is one specific when it comes to purifying HTML.
