Developing Outlook plugin with Visual C# 2008 Express? -

I'm looking to experiment with the development of an Outlook plugin I am using the Express edition of Visual Studio And it seems that the Outlook integration feature is missing from the Express Edition (deliberately).

Is this really the case?

Is there a third party library that allows to connect to the Outlook model with the Express edition?
