Modal window with jquery navigation inside -

I'm trying to set up a site navigation that extends to many levels I made an alternative to the customer Where different levels are opened using jquery and now it is to see how this is seen within a model window.

However,

I am using FancyBox which I have used to load navigation with AJAX calls. It displays exactly as long as you do not click to reach the next layer which causes the window to shut down.

Any ideas how can I keep the window open until the user reaches the last point?

Help is highly appreciated.
