winforms - Problem with icon color in .NET Windows Forms menu -

I am using VS2008 and I am creating a Windows project. There is a menu of menu strip class in the form, and items (surprising) toolstripmenuitimate objects are.

I want to add beautiful icons from the icon set. I'm all fine and okay, as long as I did not get near the "copy" icon you can see it ("Warning! 1MB image!" Below "page_white_copy") I was expecting the image I get.

Any ideas why colors are all messed up?

How will you get the image project? I'm guessing that it has to be done with some colors, which is being misquoted in alpha channel, I save the icon you want. PNG to see if it decides whether it decides.
