What versions of IIS are available as 64 bit? -

Especially curious if IIS is a 64 bit version of 5.1, but I'm guessing IIS 6+ is 64 bit only .

IIS 7.5 for Windows Server 2008 and Windows Server 2008 R2 for IIS 7.5 are the latest.
