.net - Can't run WPF app -

I have the .NET Framework 3.5 on Visual Basic Express 2008 and XP SP2.

I get the following error when I try to run a new Wpf application, when I run the application.

"Error while trying to run the project: Unable to start program 'C: \ Documents and Settings \ Mike \ My Documents \ Visual Studio Any Ideas?

** This problem is only with the WPF application, the winforms app runs just fine.

It seems that some programs have a unique lock on your executable. Find a device like Unlocker or WhoLockMe (many others) Try sector, which locks the file. The process should kill and start your application.
